About DSE.
The DSE cross-disciplinary programme was started in 2021, to equip students interested in economics with data skills crucial for the modern economist. The idea of a DSE Student Committee was conceived in 2023 to deepen the sense of identity and community within DSE, promote student well-being and prime students for life in DSE and beyond. It was officially set up in 2024 with the support of the Department of Mathematics and the co-directors of the DSE programme.
