About SCAMP.
The annual Science Camp (SCAMP) starts summer off with a BANG! SCAMP welcomes freshmen to the faculty of science and showcases its vibrancy. SCAMP provides a platform for freshmen to forge long-lasting friendships and create unforgettable memories.
In this newest iteration of SCAMP, freshmen were treated to a camp lasting 4 days, with 1 online day and 3 physical days. Starting things off with Active Interaction, freshmen were treated to fast-paced and electrifying games which require active communication amongst one another. Subsequently, they were exposed to Science Club by finding their fake freshmen counterparts. Over the days, freshmen got to know their friends and Science, more through our Gemini and Night Games segment. Finally, they explored NUS through the games in the Final Journay segment. Wrapping things up with Social Night, where freshmen were treated to snacks such as cookies, macarons and fried chicken, SCAMP came to a close with our finale night with performances by the Seniors and the SCAMP Committee.
